Farmers market and RABBITS!!!
I went to the Farmets market in Tynemouth yesterday morning. Picked up some pork belly, black pudding, stewing steak from a Dexter (I wanted shin but they’d sold out), some goats cheese and a rabbit.
The rabbit was whole so I had to joint it. Fortunately Hugh Fearnley–Whittingstall’s excellent book Meat provided directions. It also provided a recipe for rabbit stew which was absolutely delicious.
