Went to the Tyneside last night to see Super Size Me. It was only moderatley entertaining. The rate at which he became ill was the most alarming part of film. It’s probably not worth bothering if you’ve read Fast Food Nation.

If you ever travel with me on a train then please refrain from using your personal stereo within my earshot. If the bloke sitting next to me today hadn’t have left the train at Gloucester I would have had to cut is head off.
On a lighter note. This is a great idea.

My Mother bought me a rather nice book for Christmas. It’s an anthology of Spike Milligan’s writing. Here’s one my favourite poems:
