Chris was interviewed on BBC Radio Merseyside’s Merseyside Sport programme this evening. He manged not to say anything stupid. Here’s the proof.

Went to the Tyneside last night to see Super Size Me. It was only moderatley entertaining. The rate at which he became ill was the most alarming part of film. It’s probably not worth bothering if you’ve read Fast Food Nation.

Doesn’t look like we’re going to be able to complete this seasons league fixtures. We’re meant to be playing tonight but it’s currently raining heavily. We have tomorrow set aside but a lot of drying out is going to have to take place.

You’ve got to love Radio 4. Rhian and I drove home to Swansea on Friday night. At about 23:00 I turned the radio on and caught two excellent programmes. The first was a biography of Joseph Banks and the second was about American Spelling Bees.

I’m starting to get very excited about the start of the cricket season. First match with my new team is only 3 weeks away. I think my excitement has been heightened by events in the Caribbean.

Went to the Tyneside Cinema last night to see Lost in Translation. Very good indeed. Rhian managed to fall asleep as per usual.

I was only employed for 6 months and while was my back was turned David Dickinson has been replaced as the presenter of Bargain Hunt!

Caught a bit of this programme on BBC Two last night. I’ve been struggling to decide on who my six dinner guest would be. Michael Palin would obviously be present but past that I’m having difficulty.
